It means I never have to worry when I am not well or need a break, I am never made to feel guilty which I have been previously.
Having such understanding coaches and teammates has really helped me find my love for cheerleading again.
How did you get involved in adaptive abilities cheer?
I didn’t honestly know much about AA cheer but was told by a friend about the Team England tryouts, so I looked into it, watched lots of videos and couldn’t wait to join!

To be a part of a fully inclusive team and learn about adaptations that can be made in cheerleading

The whole atmosphere around ESPN on competition days, everyone is just so happy and excited to be there, it makes you feel super proud.

Internationally – Stingray Allstars Orange because I really enjoyed watching them last year.

Honestly all of them! I’ve never seen AA cheer before other than on videos so it will be exciting to watch and support all the other teams.

‘Feel the fear and do it anyway’ has always been a quote that motivates me, so much so I have it tattooed on me.
Share something that makes you happy.
My dogs, always!!

Do it! I was definitely that scared person before tryouts but it was THE BEST decision. You’ll love it.
