Bullying has become an epidemic with long-lasting consequences such as depression, anxiety and in some cases, suicide.
Sadly, our community is also involved in this but, as a community, we must do better.
Bullying Whether it is verbal, physical, online, has a significant impact and can have dire consequences that continue into adulthood. We need to make a change and we need it now. By making small, simple changes, we can break this cycle and create a safe environment for everyone in the cheer community. BE THE CHANGE
PLEASE GET HELP BECAUSE PEOPLE WANT YOU TO BE AROUND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
