How to break a negative cycle

We all have those down days but it you want to make a change a break a habit here are three simple tips to get you going in the right direction.

 

1 Stop speaking negatively about yourself because when you do you are subconsciously sabotaging yourself until the though become a reality.

2 Create a list of positive truths about yourself and your life. When you feeling down read the list repeatedly.

3 Write do three things you are thankful for every day especially on those bad days.

4 listen to music you love when you’re having a bad day.
Make yourself a go-to playlist for whenever you need to improve your mood.
