This weeks Motivational Thursday is truly inspiring. 11 year old Neisha Webb from Hartlepool Hawks Cheerleading Academy is pursuing her dreams and doing cheerleading despite being born without a lower right leg! She’s such an inspiration to everyone and is showing that nothing can stop you if you really want something! Don’t stop working hard for what you want, you’re capable than more than you think, and if you do need a little bit of extra motivation sometimes, just have a little watch of this clip
