Your muscles ARE beautiful

Hey guys,

I felt a need to share this because it touch my heart. From a young ages I was always muscular. My arm wear always define and my thighs were bigger than most and I didn’t have boobs either. For ages I wanted to be like other girls who had no definition. I didn’t want to intimidate boys because I was as strong, if not stronger then them. It took me long time to embrace my body and becoming a cheerleader was a big part of that. Being strong in cheerleading is respected and it made me feel powerful. It gave me more confidence in my body and made we want to train even harder. I would go to the gym and do cardio and strength training and get excited when I saw my muscle getting bigger and more define instead of dreading it like I use to. This post is about embracing your body. For all the muscular girls and women like me remember you are beautiful, you are sexy and you are powerful never let anything tell you different
