Sparks Elite: Running race for life : Cancer, we’re coming to get you!

sparks race for life

Hi Guys

Who is excited for Jamfest Europe and then Future Cheer nationals at the beginning  of next month.

As athletes we train so hard to reach our goals which maybe winning a national championship to nailing a new skill.                                                                                                                                                                                     Sometimes it’s good to take a moment and give back and that’s what Sparks Allstar are doing on the 14 of July in hyde Park

The race for life is the biggest women-only fundraising event in the UK. It started in 1994 and has so far raised almost half a billion pounds for Cancer Research. The event is a 5K or 10K run which take place across the country and so far over 6 million people have taken part.

15 members of Sparks Allstars are taking part and so far they have raised 51% of their £1000 target. They are doing the race to raise money for a good cause and also in honour of friends and family of sparks members who have been affected by cancer.  They have been raising money through bakes sales, sponsorship, cheer bows sales and more. They will be running the Hyde Park 5k on the 14th of July and hope to have smashed they fundraising target by then.

Please help them reach their target by going to this link and donating
