Hey guys so ICU worlds  was amazing, I feel so much has happen in such a small amount of time, all the training ,sacrifice and the emotional roller coaster has lent to select few attending ICU worlds

I feel like I have been on cheer over load and I wasn’t even there.

England: All girl Group stunt 6^thout of  12

England: Partner stunt 14^th out of 20^th

England : All girls elite  9^th of 11

England Co-ed  elite 6^th out 14^th

ICU worlds 2012

Team England All Girl Group Stunt 2012 performed  on 26 Thursday 2012.

The stunt group consist of Jasmine, Becky, victoria, Fiona and Loraine from unity

They did amazing job, nice high basket tosses with good lib sequences. I was very impressed and felt that this is the standard of group stunts that should be at  ICU worlds.  The only thing that has annoyed me is there was no try out to find the all girl stunt group and I don’t really understand why. I hope next year there is national try out because I know there are many team who would love this opportunity and we do want to send the best  each year.

Team England Co-ed partner stunt group consist of Kim May with Chris Johnson from unity. These two also did a great job and performed a great routine can’t really fault it. I finally feel that the rest of the world is started to see the talent the British Cheer is producing.

Team UK cheer represented Team England All girl elite on 27 Friday 2012.

I just want to say well done to this team for putting in the hard work and getting to worlds 2012. Team Uk cheer was set up by UCKA

“This year 29 athletes from 11 different teams have formed one national Team UK, bringing athletes from across the country to work together to build an All-Girl level 5 routine for the World Championships.”(Team uk 2011)

Watching the routine you could feel the nervous energy the squad had, I feel they let it affect them.   Who could plain them though you are their representing you country saying you’re the best in England and you know all the hard work not just you but your whole organisation has put in.

As a squad they “got mental.”

Watching the routine the squad hits everything but there were bobbles and timing issues which was a real shame because I bet they have hit that routine perfectly when they’re at home.

I think they need to regroup, come back better even stronger next year learning from this experience and moving forward, in few years they will be a squad to be reckoned with.

Co-ed Elite Team England aka Ascension Eagles

It was so great to see Ascension back at worlds there last performance was 2007 where they performed as all girl squad.

Ascension eagles are one of my favourite teams  and I was so excited to see them at worlds again.

They did a great job, had a few falls,  including their  pyramid  but I still love them,I love the positive energy there give off. I can’t get enough of them, as always they had great tumbles sequences with lots of double fulls but wouldn’t expect anything else, now all I want is for them to keep pushing their stunting .
