Hey guys

Unity allstar have done a promotional advert for their team and to promote cheerleading.

The video feature unity pearl, indigo and Rudy it’s nice to have small insight in to what they do in training.

They talk about why they like cheerleading and what they think the benefits are.

Following on from this I found mini documentary which ask the question “what is cheerleading”

The documentary itself is pretty basic but does cover all essential points and explains what Allstar cheerleading is.

The main thing I like about this mini doc is that you get to see unity black training at the MK elite gym.  I enjoy watching them and feel like I learn so much whenever I watch them up close.
